  • Traditional List and Sell - We are members of the Board of REALTORS and the Multiple Listing Service and REALTOR.com.  Our our own in-house graphics service produces customized marketing tools specific to your property - 4 color property flyers and informational brochures for mailing and mass email distribution.  We put your property in front of active agents currently working with clients.

  • Property Evaluations - With a background in subdivision development as well as the real estate auction industry, we can evaluate your property and give you several options to consider that may well yield you a greater selling price than the normal List and Sell option.

  • Coventure Development - If you have a development tract, we will work with you on a partnership basis.  We will perform the development and marketing functions with you as a partner.  You get paid for the real estate and share in the profits of the increased values from development.

  • Real Estate Auctions - We are licensed auctioneers as well as licensed brokers.  If an evaluation shows your property would bring substantially more through an auction, we have the capability to offer you that service.

  • Property Matching - Many owners do not want to openly market their property but would sell it for a price if a willing buyer stepped forward.  We have quietly put together buyers and sellers in this situation for 20 years.  All information is confidential and we get your permission before we share that information with a potential buyer.

  • Buyer Brokerage - If you're looking for something particular and need professional assistance in finding it, then negotiating the contract all the way to closing, give us a call.  We will work for you rather than the Seller, and make sure you get the best terms at the best price.

  • Transactional Brokerage - Many times Buyers and Sellers come to terms on selling real estate themselves. But, they need a professional broker to complete contacts, work the transaction on through the terms, the financing, the inspections and on to closing.  While we work for neither party as a client, we facilitate the sale on behalf of both parties to insure all aspects of the transaction are properly completed.
